In this article, we will introduce the Next Shifts on your account, on both the desktop & mobile app. In the top left of the homepage, you can view your Next Shifts:

Here you will see shifts you have been assigned to, signed up for, or have been approved to work at.

To view the full list and additional details, click 'Go to My Shifts'.

On this page, depending on your company settings, you can see the details of the event: venue, shift times, or your coworkers. It will also allow you to Check-in (letting your workplace know that you will be there) or Bailout (dropping out from your shift).

On the Mobile App, this page is named CURRENT SHIFTS and is visible directly from your homepage.

When you tap 'CURRENT SHIFTS,' you will see all the shifts you are currently signed up for, the ones you have requested and been approved for, or shifts you have been directly assigned to by your company. They will appear in chronological order.

Every shift will include the name of the event, its date and time, and a link to the location. You may also be able to Check-in, Bailout, and when it is time, Submit Time Punches.

The arrow in the top right will open an additional details view - a map of the venue location and any comments related to the venue (i.e. parking instructions).

Depending on your company settings, you may also see a list of your co-workers from the same shift or from the same event.
