Changing forgotten password in your Roosted worker account.

If you have forgotten or need to change your Roosted password, there are multiple ways to do this.

If a worker has multiple accounts (is working for more than one company) these steps are to be followed, as changing the password from the admin´s point of view won´t be possible.

  • Forgotten password - Desktop

Click the Password Reset link or ¨forgot password¨ on the login page.

Enter your email address & click submit. A reset link will be sent to your email address provided if there is an account associated.

  • Forgotten password - Mobile App

The main login page on the mobile app - Forgot Password?

Enter your email address & submit.

  • Changing password - Desktop

Click the profile icon in the top right - View - Edit Profile - NEW PASSWORD.

Input our new password & click OK.

  • Changing your password (Mobile App)

In the mobile app, tap the hamburger icon (3 lines on the top left) - About Me - Change Password (top right).

Enter the new password & tap ok.

This is how you can reset & change your password on Roosted through the desktop & mobile app! 😎
