Logging in, picking up new shifts, and viewing your current and upcoming shifts with ease.

In this article, we will explain Available Shifts on your Roosted account.

On your homepage, in the top right, you can view the Available Shifts - to those, you can sign up for or request to work. To view the full list and additional details, click 'Go to Available Shifts'.

There, you can see additional information:

  • of all of the shifts you can sign up for or request,

  • submitted outstanding requests if your company uses the request system.

  • each event shifts - Hand & Bartender shift available for example as below.

Click REQUEST to request the shift given.

When requesting a shift you may also be able to send comments:

If you have submitted a request which has not been approved yet, you can simply click REMOVE REQUEST & confirm.

If your company uses the sign-up system, instead of seeing REQUEST you will see SIGN-UP. To sign up for a shift, click SIGN-UP and confirm.

Once you have signed up for a shift, it will be moved from Available Shifts to Next Shifts.

If there are multiple shifts on one event, you can only sign up for one of them, unless they are at different times of the day i.e. Morning & Evening, and your company´s setting allows this action.

Mobile App

On your Mobile App homepage, you will see AVAILABLE SHIFTS at the very top of your screen.

By clicking, you will see all of the shifts you can sign up for or request.

If your company uses the request system, you will also see outstanding requests that you have submitted.

The Request & Sign-Up system works exactly the same on the Mobile App as it does on the Desktop version!

And this is your Available Shifts through Roosted! 😎
