How to view & submit availability on both the desktop & mobile app.

In this article, we will explain how to view & submit availability on both the desktop & mobile app.

Desktop

You can view & submit availability through your Calendar.

Click on the current day on the calendar or select a day in the future. Click + on the right side of the availability box.

You can start & end time for your availability or select any or all of the following:

Here are the different options you can choose when submitting your availability:

  • All day: This option covers the entire day.

  • Overnight: This allows you to set availability that extends into the next day. For example, if you start on Friday, June 2nd, and select Overnight, you will choose an end time for Saturday, June 3rd.

  • Repeating: This option repeats your availability for the same day(s) in future weeks. For example, if you set a start time of 10:00 AM and an end time of 2:00 PM on Friday, June 3rd, and select Repeating, this will apply to all subsequent Fridays.

Once you have submitted your availability, you can view it from your calendar by selecting the day(s).

On the calendar, there are symbols that indicate your availability status. By hovering over these symbols, you can see their meanings:

  • A grey calendar with a tick means you have submitted availability for that day.

  • A yellow calendar with a line through it means you have no availability submitted for that day.

These symbols help you quickly check your availability status at a glance.

Mobile App

On the Mobile App main homepage, you can tap the hamburger icon (☰) in the top left to add your availability.

Tap on the date at the top of the page choose ADD and tap AVAILABILITY.

You can change the Start & End time, or tap the toggle to the right side to change any of the following:

All Day - meaning you are available all day.

Overnight - meaning that you are available overnight (i.e into the next day)

Repeating - meaning you want to submit this availability for all future weeks based on what you have selected.

You can select all 3 toggles (All Day, Overnight & Repeating) as shown in the picture below.

You can swipe the dates right to left on the top of the screen. This allows you to submit availability for the upcoming week.

Tap SAVE to save your availability - it will show as a green underline on the date.
