how do you integrate external ATS with Roosted?

There are a number of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) that you can integrate with Roosted to manage applications for your job postings.

Adding an ATS Integration

To add an ATS integration, navigate to Configuration - Integrations. From this page, click ADD - Applicant Tracking System.

Once you click this, you can browse the list of ATS systems that Roosted can connect with.

If you use an Applicant Tracking System that is not listed, please contact your Client Success Specialist or open a support ticket.

You can select your current ATS system by clicking its name. Some ATS applications will require you to log in using your User ID and Password, while others might ask for your subdomain or API key.

For applications that require your subdomain or API key, you can find instructions by clicking on 'How do I find my API key?' or 'How do I find my subdomain?'.

Once your ATS is connected, it will appear on your integrations page as shown below.
