Workers communication - how to gain the most of it?

In this article, we will explain the Communication Center in Roosted and the information it can provide. The Communication Center can be found by navigating to Configuration -> Communication Center.

Unknown Messages Received

If a worker replies to a NO REPLY text message or sends a message not directly related to a system message, it will appear here. This section provides the worker's name, the time the message was sent, the message content, and the last message the system sent to the worker.

SENT GROUP MESSAGES

Here you can see a list of announcements that your workers have received along with the details of the sending time, which admin sent it, the type of message, the subject title, and the message itself.
