Adjusting Worker Calendar Settings in Roosted

In this article, we will discuss how to adjust workers' ability to submit various requests through the Worker Calendar:

View/Submit Availability

  1. Navigate to Configuration -> Settings -> Worker Interaction -> Availability.

  2. Toggle the Availability system active setting on or off.

    • If toggled on, workers can submit their availability through the Worker Calendar.

    • If toggled off, workers will not be able to submit their availability.

View/Submit Time Off Requests

  1. Navigate to Configuration -> Settings -> Worker Interaction -> Time Off Requests.

  2. Toggle the Time Off Requests setting on or off.

    • If toggled on, workers can submit time off requests through the Worker Calendar.

    • If toggled off, workers will not be able to submit time off requests.

View/Submit Time Punches

  1. Navigate to Configuration -> Settings -> Time Tracking -> Worker Hours Display.

  2. Toggle the Active setting on or off.

    • If toggled on, workers can add time punches through the Worker Calendar.

    • If toggled off, workers will not be able to see or submit time punches.

View/Submit Reimbursements

  1. Navigate to Configuration -> Settings -> Time Tracking -> Reimbursements.

  2. Toggle the Active setting on or off.

    • If toggled on, workers can submit reimbursements through the Worker Calendar.

    • If toggled off, workers will not be able to submit reimbursements.
