Message your worker will receive to inform them about disabling their account.

Custom Account Messages are essentially an error message that will appear along with your company HR information (that has been entered on your Company Info page) if a worker tries to log in and their account has either been:

You can customize the error messages and ensure they include relevant HR contact information to assist workers with account-related issues.

  • Made Inactive

If a worker has been made inactive and attempts to log in, the Custom Account Message will appear.

  • Has not been approved.

If a worker has signed up to be a worker through Worker Self Sign-Up, their profile has yet to be approved and they attempt to log in the Custom Account message will appear.

How do they appear?

When a worker attempts to log in using the Desktop or Mobile Browser, they will see a message that you set up before:

Customizing this message

You can personalize the error messages that appear when a worker attempts to log in while their account is inactive or pending approval. These messages, which also include your company's HR contact information, can be tailored to fit your company's needs.

To customize your account messages:

  1. Navigate to Configuration.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Go to Worker Communication.

  4. Click on Custom Account Messages.

Click on the current message and type in your desired text.
