How to inactivate your worker you don't want to offer shifts to anymore?

Inactivating a worker from Roosted account means that a worker will not be able to log in, sign-up for shifts, receive communications, and will not count against your active worker totals.

Removing or inactivating a worker is very easy and can be done from the Workers Module.

We can inactivate one worker or inactivate multiple workers at once.

Inactivating one worker

Click the wrench icon to the right of the worker profile - MORE - INACTIVATE - Inactive again to confirm.

Inactivating multiple workers

Click on the check box to the top left of the workers in question - X selected workers - Inactivate Workers -> Inactivate All

If you are inactivating one or multiple workers, you will have the option to send a message via e-mail/text message or both.

Inactivating a worker doesn't mean their profile and details are lost - they can be easily activated again. Inactivated workers can be found using the filter function.

IMPORTANT:

An owners account cannot be inactivated.

Please contact support for more information.

If a worker has shifts they are currently scheduled for, Roosted will remove the worker from those shifts.
