The Calendar View is our most used scheduling view and allows you to see a clear list of all events, shown comfortably on a calendar.

Upon creating the first events, they will appear on your calendar:

Blue event means the shift is fully staffed and published, and yellow indicates events with unfilled and unpublished shifts.

Please see Shift Publishing for more information.

Unfilled Openings symbol: shifts still need to be filled

Unpublished: shifts have not been published

Events can be filtered in several different ways.

See Calendar View Search & Filtering Options for more information.

Other Calendar View options:

Show All Events

Click SHOW ALL EVENTS, select a start date, and see all the events matching your filters.

A list of all the events will appear below the calendar:

Edit the event by clicking View/Edit or Print timesheets broken down by individual worker or a Master Timesheet with all workers listed.

See the workers who already checked in, and how many workers are scheduled for the total event. You will also be able to see if shifts have not been published yet.

See Shift Check In Bot for more information

You can always change back to showing the calendar by clicking Show Calendar at the top of the page.

Creating an event in Calendar View

To create an event in Calendar View:

  • Click CREATE EVENT on the top left corner,

  • On the calendar, choose the day and click the + sign.

Fill up the event details: Event Name, Job ID, Event Date, Venue, Client and Areas

After clicking CREATE EVENT, the Event Interface will show - from there you can fill rest of the details and create shifts.

Please see Main Event Page for more information.

  • hover over an event and click the wrench icon.

By clicking edit either of these two ways, it will bring you the the Main Event Page.

Please see the video explaining the topic even further:
