Copying Events & shifts has never been easier!

If you have recurring events or shifts, it is very simple to copy these to multiple days. From the Main Event Page, under Actions, click Copy Event:

Selecting Dates to Copy Events

From the calendar, choose the days you want to copy the event to by clicking on each day. The selected days will appear in dark blue.

Invite Status Options

In this section, you will be asked the following:

Do you want all workers on shift to be invited?

  • Toggle On: Everyone currently scheduled for the event you are copying will be invited to work on the new dates (e.g., Jan 27th, Jan 28th, and Jan 29th in the example).

  • Toggle Off: The status of workers will remain the same as on the original event. For example, if a worker is Directly Assigned, they will remain directly assigned on the copied dates. If a worker's status is PENDING INVITE, it will stay the same on the copied dates.

Do you want to link events and shifts?

  • Toggle On: The shifts will be linked across all the dates you copy the event to. Workers will have to request all linked shifts together. (See Linked Events for more information).

  • Toggle Off: An individual event will be created for each date you copy the event to.

Do you want all shifts/skillsets to be unpublished?

  • Toggle On: You can edit the copied events before publishing them.

  • Toggle Off: All skillsets/shifts will be published immediately. Workers already scheduled (not invited) will receive notifications for the new shifts. Invited workers will be notified about their invitation for the new dates.
