Personalise each shift by workers' specific rules!

Rules are a way of filtering which workers can sign up or request a shift. Rules that are used for shifts can be created through Custom Fields or by using Worker Tags.

How to apply rules?

They can be added via Custom Field or by workers tags.

Adding a Custom Field Rule

In the event edit page click NO RULES button:

Add a new one in 'Add new custom field rule'. Choose which Custom Fields to apply to this shift. Only workers with these rules will be able to sign up.

After closing, the ruler will be visible at the top of the edit page.

Rules can also be displayed when filling shifts in the Click to Fill edit screen, these custom fields will appear.

Applying Worker Tags

Again, click NO RULES above the shift.

Select which tags you want the work to have or not. Choose from the dropdown shown by clicking on the blue buttons.

Once selected, the system will actively filter the number of workers available to sign-up for or request this shift.

After closing, rules will apply.
