Roosted charges for two things:
active workers,
use of the Time Tracking module.
This allows your bill to scale up and down with your business so that you're only paying for what you use, as you may or may not be using the Time Tracking module.
How active workers are billed
Each day, Roosted records how many active workers you have on your account
On the first day of every month, Roosted charges you for the average total number of active workers in the previous month
Inactive workers are not counted, but their data is never deleted as long as your account is open and in good standing.
Time Tracking Module
Due to the complexity of Time Tracking, this module has an additional charge, which is billed per active worker
Why does Roosted count for active workers and not logins?
Roosted and its bots use lots of resources, like text messaging.
We provide unlimited support and training to all clients.
These items have hard costs attached, so Roosted bills are based on those hard costs.
Where can I check my bill?
From the main menu, click on Configuration > Company Info
You may be on an Enterprise plan or have bulk-negotiated rates, so your bill may appear differently than stated above.
