How to contact Roosted team?

If you need to contact us, find the blue button with a question mark on it. It is located in the bottom left corner.

Click and you will see our Help Section & you will have 2 options:

Self Help and Support

Self Help

In the Self Help section, you’ll find a variety of support documentation organized into categories. You can easily search for specific topics using the search bar at the top of the Help section.

Support Tickets

If you can’t find the answer you need, you can contact our support team by following these steps:

  1. Click on Support Tickets.

  2. Fill in your information and query.

  3. Click Continue.

The system will suggest relevant articles to address your query. If these articles do not resolve your issue, click Send Conversation to submit a support request.

Continuous Improvement

Our help system gets better over time as we update it with more useful information. Be sure to check back often for new updates and resources. 😉
