Admin dashboard and what it offers!

In this article, we will discuss the dashboard and how you can use it to complete day-to-day tasks.

When an Admin/Owner logs in, you will be directed to your Dashboard where you can complete the following tasks:

PENDING REVIEWS

If you have been assigned as an Event Reviewer, you can submit reviews for workers who worked shifts at events you reviewed. Click Go to Pending Reviews.

PENDING WORKER TRANSFERS

You can approve or deny worker transfers, which are potential employees who have applied to your company through an integrated ATS (Applicant Tracking System)..

TIME TRACKING

If an admin has time tracking capabilities, they can view pending and/or missing time punches for the current or previous periods. They can easily review these punches by clicking Go to Time Tracking.

UPCOMING CHECK-INS (Graph)

This bar graph displays information on daily check-ins, including:

  • Total Number of Check-Ins: The overall count of check-ins expected for the day.

  • Number of Workers Checked In: The count of workers who have completed their check-ins.

  • Number of Workers Not Checked In: The count of workers who have not yet checked in.

UPCOMING CHECK-INS (Pie Chart)

This pie chart illustrates the percentage of workers who have:

  • Checked In: The proportion of workers who have completed their check-ins.

  • Not Checked In: The proportion of workers who have not yet checked in for upcoming events.

CLIENT PREFERRED & BANNED WORKERS

If your Client has submitted feedback about your workers through the Client Portal, their suggestions will appear here.

  1. Green Thumbs Up (ACCEPT): Clicking this will add the worker to the client's Preferred list. This means the worker will be automatically selected as a preferred choice for future events created for this client.

  2. Red Thumbs Down (REJECT): Clicking this will add the worker to the client's Banned list. The worker will not be able to see or be assigned to future events with this client.

LATE & NO SHOW

This line graph will show you the number of LATE & NO SHOWS that have happened on each day.

RECENT BAILOUTS

Line Graph: This graph displays the number of bailouts that occurred each day. It also provides details on when these bailouts happened:

  • More than 72 hours before shift start

  • Within 24 to 72 hours of shift start

  • Less than 24 hours before shift start

PENDING DOCUMENT SIGNING REQUESTS

See which workers have received Document Signing Requests but have not yet completed them. You will see a list of these workers. By clicking the arrow down, you can view the specific documents that are still pending.

Payroll Projection

You can view your current payroll projection total and examine a line graph showing daily projections. These projections are based on the shifts and workers scheduled for each day. To view projections for the next payroll period, click SWITCH TO NEXT.

RECENT SHIFTS

From here, you can view a breakdown of all recent completed shifts, including star ratings, comments, and any issues such as absences or lateness marked by the reviewer.
