How to transfer workers?

Worker Transfers

Worker Transfers are workers who have been hired through an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) such as JazzHR or SmartRecruiters. To view a full list of available HR integrations, navigate to Configuration - Integrations.

From this page, click ADD - Applicant Tracking System and the list will appear for you to browse.

If you use an Applicant Tracking System that is not listed, please contact your Client Success Specialist or open a support ticket.

Once you have an ATS connected, workers who have applied and been hired will appear as a PENDING WORKER TRANSFER. Admin/Owner accounts can view PENDING WORKER TRANSFERS from their Dashboard.

You will also be able to see the position this person has been hired for, which ATS they applied from (e.g., JazzHR), and their application date (e.g., January 2nd, 2022).

Confirming a Worker Transfer

To confirm a worker transfer, click the + symbol.

When you click this, you will be prompted to add the worker profile. This allows you to view all details about the worker, input information for Custom Fields, and add Skillsets and Areas for this worker.

Once everything looks good, click Finish - OK. This worker will now be activated on your account!

Rejecting a Worker Transfer

To reject a worker transfer, click the trash can icon on the right side of the worker transfer.

Once you click this, it will prompt you the confirm the rejection by clicking Reject. Once you do this, this worker transfer will disappear from this list!
