Create, view, and sort your staff.

The Workers module is where you can create, view, and sort your staff. From here, you can also assign skillsets to specific workers.

The Workers module can be found in the admin bar on the left side - Workers.

Creating workers

There are 3 ways that workers can be created. Please click the links below for more information.

Main workers page

At the top of the worker's page, there are several options.

You can CREATE WORKER - which is the process of manually creating workers.

You can search for Worker Info and Skillsets - if you want to find workers with the Supervisor skillset, click the search box and type "Supervisor."

This will display workers who have the Supervisor skillset.

Filter

You can click Filter, which will allow you to filter workers by activation status or Areas. See Worker Module - Filters for more information.

Import

By clicking IMPORT, this will allow you to begin the process of importing workers.

Worker Module Sorting Options

Just above the worker list, you'll find various options for sorting and viewing information. By default, the workers are sorted by name. You can change the sorting criteria by clicking on the sortable boxes along the top of the page.

ADMIN

Sort workers by ADMIN - accounts that have ADMIN or OWNER level will show and be indicated with the following symbols.

RATING

Workers can be sorted by their star rating, ranging from 1 to 5. Click the RATING box to sort in ascending or descending order.

STATUS

Workers can be sorted by their activation status.

LAST LOGIN

Sort workers by the most recent time they logged into their Roosted account.

LAST SHIFT / NEXT SHIFT / TOTAL SHIFTS

You can sort workers by the date of their last shift, the date of their next shift, or the total number of shifts they have been scheduled for. Note that shifts marked as "NO SHOW" still count towards their total shifts. You can review shift statistics when editing the worker's profile.

CREATED

Sort workers by the date their account was created.

Editing a worker

You can easily edit a worker's profile information, make a worker active or inactive, make a worker an admin or owner, and set a new password.

Exporting Worker Information

You can now export worker information directly from the Workers Module. To do this, select multiple workers by clicking the checkbox at the top left of their profiles.

You can also select all workers by clicking the box at the top left of the page.

When you have selected multiple or all workers, you will see a box that informs you how many workers have been selected and from here you can click to expand the dropdown option.

Clicking Export Workers will download the information for the selected workers as an Excel file, allowing you to analyze and manipulate the data as needed.
