This article will explain how to filter workers by activation status and/or areas through the Workers module.

Along the top of the Workers module, click Filter.

Activation Status

To filter workers by status, click the dropdown and select from the following options: ACTIVATED, INACTIVATED, PENDING, WAITING ON ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, or ALL, then click APPLY.

For information on how to activate or inactivate workers, refer to the sections below.

Activating Worker
Inactivating Worker

Areas

To filter workers by area, click Areas and select from the box that appears on the screen.

If we only wanted to see workers from Orange County & San Diego, click the box to the left side of these locations and click SET AREAS.

Once you have set the areas, click APPLY at the top right of the page.

All workers that have either Orange County or San Diego listed on their worker profiles will appear.

Worker Skillset

You can filter to show workers that have one or more of the selected skillsets.

In the example above, when you click APPLY, this will show all workers that have either AV Tech, General Crew or Hand skillsets.

Dates

To filter workers by dates, you can specify criteria such as when they were created, their next shift date, or any custom date fields. You can filter by options like 'is after', 'is on', or 'is before'. For example, to find workers created after August 1, 2022, and whose next shift is before September 20, 2022, set your filters accordingly.

Custom Fields

As mentioned, you can filter workers using date Custom Fields, as well as Dropdown, Single Line, and Multi Line Text Custom Fields. For Dropdown Custom Fields, you can filter by 'is' or 'is not'. For Single Line and Multi Line Text Custom Fields, you filter by 'contains'.

For example, to find workers with Facial Hair set to 'No' and an Hourly Wage containing '17', apply these filters to narrow down your results.

Please remember when selecting filtering requirements, click APPLY to filter by your selections.

And that is how you can filter your workers by Activation Status and/or Areas through the Workers module on Roosted! 😊
