Event reviews are left for workers can count toward the overall star rating.

Reviews can be left by:

  1. Event Reviewer

  2. Admins

Event Reviewer

For every event that you create, you can assign a Reviewer - someone who will be on-site at the event will submit reviews, and comments, mark a worker as late or a no show.

The worker you assign as the Reviewer on an event does not need to be an admin, just needs to have a profile on your account.

See Event Reviewer for more information.

If a worker has been designated as an Event Reviewer, they can see their Pending reviews on the homepage of their Desktop or Mobile Browser:

Admins

If an admin has been designated as a reviewer for an event, they can view their Pending reviews from their Dashboard. To access this, click on the Dashboard in the blue admin bar on the left-hand side.

An admin can also edit previous reviews by following these steps:

  1. Worker's profile in the Workers Module,

  2. Edit icon (wrench),

  3. Schedule

  4. Past Shifts.

Submitting Reviews

An admin can adjust star ratings, comments, and update the status of whether a worker has been marked as Late, Absent, or Flagged for Review.

To begin reviewing, click Review and enter the following:

  • Star Rating (Required)

    • Rate between 1-5 stars by hovering over the desired rating and clicking to select.

  • Comments (Optional)

    • Any comments about the worker - click the comments box and type your feedback.

  • Late (Optional)

    • If the worker is late, toggle Late on. It will appear as a yellow toggle.

  • No Show (Optional)

    • If the worker didn't show up for their scheduled shift, mark them as a NO SHOW by clicking the toggle. This significantly impacts the worker's overall star rating and is visible to admins during future scheduling.

  • Flag for review (Optional)

    • If there is an issue with a worker that HR should be aware of, toggle Flag for review. An email will be sent to the admins after submitting.

After completing the reviews and ensuring that each worker has been given at least a 1-5 star rating, click Submit Reviews.

This event will then disappear from the Pending Reviews list.

You can control the visibility of star ratings and comments to workers. To do this, navigate to Configuration -> Settings -> Worker Interaction -> Reviews & Stars Visibility. See Reviews & Stars Visibility.

Client Feedback

If your client is using the Client Portal, they can also provide feedback on workers who have worked at their events.

When your client clicks Order Details on a previous order, they will see a list of workers who worked on that event.

From here your client can either give the worker a green thumbs up which will mark them as preferred or a red thumbs down which will mark them as banned.

When a client Prefers Or Bans a worker, this is a suggestion - the worker will not automatically be preferred or banned for that client. An admin or owner account can choose to accept or ignore this feedback from their Dashboard.
