Our Shift Publishing feature allows you to work on and edit shifts while they are still unpublished.

Make changes and finalize details before publishing them. When you’re ready, click the button to publish the shifts.

While shifts are unpublished, workers will not be notified about the available shifts. Additionally, if you add a worker to an unpublished shift or use the "Invite to Work" feature for an unpublished shift, the worker will not receive any notification.

Once you publish a shift, notifications will be sent according to your settings in the configuration.
