What is the purpose of tags and how to use them?

In this article, we will explain what worker tags are and how this can be used when scheduling and filling shifts.

Worker tags are used to filter and organize your workers - many companies like to use them for different teams (i.e A-Team, B-Team)or different worker skills (i.e Can drive truck, Can speak Spanish)

How do you add worker tags?

Worker tags can be added by Editing a worker's profile in the Workers Module - the wrench to the right side - Additional.

Add tags to the worker profile to filter workers when adding them to a shift.

Using Worker Tags to fill shifts:

Default Client Rules & Tags:

Add rules & tags to a Client - when creating an event for that client, those will apply automatically.

Add these to a client's profile by navigating to Client - Clients - the wrench - Default rules & tags.

If you need your events tags to be deleted or modified (i.e. updating a misspelled tag), please contact your Client Success Specialist or open a support ticket.
