This method involves directly assigning a worker to an available shift.

The Invite to Work feature allows you to offer shifts to workers even if you're unsure of their availability. This feature sends an invitation that the worker can either accept or decline.

This is the method of you selecting which workers you would prefer to work this shift, you can also set an expiry so it will open to all workers with that Skillset should your preferred workers not fill all of the available spots within the selected expiry time.
